Who can take membership? ▼

Any farmer in Bihar or other states who has 1 or more cattle (cow, buffalo, goat etc.) can subscribe to our membership plans. There is no minimum farm size requirement.

How do I book a checkup after subscribing? ▼

After subscribing, call our helpline at +91-7635050371 or WhatsApp to schedule your first checkup. A veterinary doctor or field worker will visit your farm.

Is the medicine delivered to my home? ▼

Yes. After subscription, medicines can be ordered through our platform and will be delivered to your address at a discounted rate (5% to 40%+ off).

How does the interest-free loan work? ▼

After 1 full year of continuous subscription and regularly using our services, you become eligible for a 50%+ interest-free loan to purchase new livestock (Cow, Buffalo, Goat). This is subject to bank approval and verification.

What is a Health Certificate? ▼

A Cattle Health Certificate is an official document stating that your animal was examined and found free of infectious diseases at the time of examination. It is valid for 30 days and may be required by law for cattle transport or trade.

Can I upgrade my plan mid-year? ▼

Yes, you can upgrade from Starter to Standard plan by paying the difference amount. Contact our helpline for assistance.

What if the service is not available in my district? ▼

If we do not currently operate in your district, you will receive a full refund. We are actively expanding — check our Notifications page for updates on new district launches.
